Deposits & Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is due within 10 days of making your reservation, the balance is due upon arrival. In event of cancellation, we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 handling fee if we are able to rent your cabin or boat. Every attempt will be made to rent your cabin. Please give us as much notice as possible. To avoid misunderstanding, if you arrive late or depart early, we must charge for the number of days that were reserved.
Smoking:
To accommodate all of our guests we enforce an outdoor smoking only policy. No smoking inside cottages, game room and store.
Pet Policy:
Your small pet is welcome by prior approval for $10.00 per day. During the summer months we only allow adult pets under 20 pounds. Pets must be on a leash while on the grounds. Pets are not to be left unattended in cabins.
Boat Rental Policy:
Boat Renters must be 21 years of age. Gasoline and taxes not included in rental cost. No grills. Daily rentals can be checked out anytime after 8am and must be returned no later than 6:00pm. Rental paid and drivers license required before boat leaves the dock.
Arkansas boaters license required for all operators born on or after January 1, 1986. Certificate issued by another state approved by NASBLA is acceptable For more info go to http://www.boat-ed.com/arkansas
