Cabin Overview
Hummingbird Hideaway is a peaceful retreat located on Norfork Lake in Arkansas. The rooms are clean, well-maintained and designed to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay. The resort boasts a variety of room options to suit the requirements of every type of guest. Visitors can choose from a one-bedroom cabin with either a queen size bed or two twin size beds, all equipped with modern amenities including a full size futon and recliner chair in the living room, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and air conditioning. Kitchens have 4 burner gas stoves, a full size refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffee maker and pots and pans and dishes for your group of up to 4. We provide all linens for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Each cabin has a Weber charcoal grill and a picnic table. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a family vacation, Hummingbird Hideaway is the perfect place to relax, refresh and rejuvenate.
Fall/Winter: January 1 – March 15 and October 1 – December 31 – Daily $90 Weekly $540
Spring/Fall: March 16 – May 25 and August 26 – September 30 – Daily $95 Weekly $570
Summer: May 26 – August 25 – Daily $110 Weekly $660
These rates are based on 2 people for one bedroom cabins. Extra person charge is $8 per day. A deposit for the rental of a one bedroom cabin is $150.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy:
Deposit is due within 10 days of making your reservation, the balance is due upon arrival. In event of cancellation, we will refund your deposit less a $25.00 handling fee if we are able to rent your cabin or boat. Every attempt will be made to rent your cabin. Please give us as much notice as your possibly can. To avoid misunderstanding, if you arrive late or depart early we must charge for the number of days that were reserved.
Smoking:
To accommodate all of our guests we enforce an outdoor smoking only policy. No smoking inside cottages, game room and store.
Pet Policy:
Your small pet is welcome by prior approval for $10.00 per day. During the summer months we only allow adult pets under 20 pounds. Pets must be on a leash while on the grounds. Pets are not to be left unattended in cabins.
Boat Rental Policy:
Boat Renters must be 21 years of age. Gasoline and taxes not included in rental cost. No grills. Daily rentals can be checked out anytime after 8am and must be returned no later than 6:00pm. Rental paid and drivers license required before boat leaves the dock.
